Self pay · No insurance billing

Pricing, up front.

The practice is fully self pay by design. Every cost is discussed prior to the procedure. No surprise bills, no claims, no phone tag with insurance.

Why self pay, on purpose.

Insurance billing is what makes most medical visits feel adversarial. By stepping outside of it, the practice can offer same-day appointments, longer visits, transparent pricing, and treatment decisions made between you and the doctor — not a claims adjuster.

At your first visit, all costs for your proposed treatment plan are discussed with our patients in a straightforward, easy-to-understand manner before anything happens. This transparency lets you make informed decisions without unexpected financial surprises.

About insurance.

Navigating insurance can be complex and unclear, especially for specialty care. The practice does not contract with insurers and does not accept assignment of benefits. PPO patients with out-of-network coverage may be eligible for partial reimbursement using the itemized superbill provided after each visit depending on your coverage. HMO patients should plan to pay out of pocket.

Questions about whether a particular treatment qualifies for HSA/FSA spending, or about how CareCredit financing would work for a planned procedure, are routine. Just ask.
