The $49.95 photo consult comprises review of your submitted information and return of an annotated educational image; it does not include individualized clinical assessment or treatment recommendations as part of that service and is not a substitute for consultation or in-person evaluation when those are warranted. The $149.95 telehealth visit is a real-time video consultation that may include assessment, individualized recommendations, diagnosis, and treatment planning when medically appropriate — subject to the limits of remote care. Both remote services remain subject to those limits.
By submitting a photo consult or booking a telehealth visit, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that the contact information is correct for follow-up.
Intellectual property.
All content on this site — text, images, design, code — is the property of the practice or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission, except for personal non-commercial reference.
